Changing text just below blog pages?

  I would like to take off the “This WordPress.com site is the bees knees” text inserted at the top of my blog (just below the pages) off or change it? Can you please instruct me as to how I can at least change it?

  That’s your blog’s tagline, and it can be changed at Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard.
