changing the admin sender email

    hello!

    I wanted to change the sender email from the original email of that I created the website with, to my new company email.

    tried to change it from the settings and waited long for confirmation email but did not receive it yet.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

    I’ve checked it, and I could see that you requested some days ago to change the email address of your account to another one (I won’t be sharing it here due to privacy issues), but that request seems to be currently cancelled.

    If you still want to change your email address, please request a new email address change and make sure to check the spam folder of the destination email address

    If you still can not change your email address after this, please contact the Account Recovery team by sending a message to passwordhelp@wordpress.com

    They’ll be able to help you with the email address change
