Changing The Background Image Is Simply Not Working

    Hello. I’ve read and researched other threads who seemed to have the same problem, but unfortunately none of them helped. All I’m trying to do is change the background of my current theme/site. My header image changed, but my new background image is not appearing as it just shows the old one I currently have. I’m not in preview mode or anything. I click SAVE & PUBLISH and when I go to the homepage of my site, the background is still the same. I think the “Change Background Image” option is just not working. Is there something going on with the servers?
