changing the body of my wordpress blog name to take out the 'dot.com' part

  hi there! i just signed up – can’t wait to get started!
  basically the first thing i wanted to check was i bought a domain name home-or-away.com
  i am happy to give this address out as my address, i just am not that happy with the homeorawaydotcom. part of the wordpress address – will anyone see this, or is this only in my admin? it’s just the written ‘dot.com’ i didnt really like!! fussy i know!! i would like to know if other wordpress users see this, or if there is any way of changing this to something else to not have the ‘dot.com’ words but yet keep my domain home-or-away.com
