Hi, this particular theme is just about to get some full-site editing updates. In the meantime, if you’ll be upgrading your plan as you go live, we can help you change colors via CSS. You would need the Premium plan for this.
If you’re going that route, let us know when you’ve update and what colors you want to change. We’ll go from there.

Does that mean the colours in this theme cannot be customized unless we purchase the premium plan?

Yes, that theme doesn’t have color options and therefore the only way to change its colors is through CSS.
As @supernovia said though there are updates coming for that theme that’ll allow you to further customize it.

Hello, I’m interested in changing the color as well.
I’m currently using the business plan. Is it possible for me to change it with this plan? Or could you recommend to me another similar theme that is a single page with various panels? -
