Changing the color of a page (NOT the background color)

    Hi all, if you’ll check out my website

    mtgofuky.com

    I am having trouble changing the color of the background text for my page. I am using 2014 theme, and have a static front page. I would like to have white text and the color of my page to match the rest of the colors, but am having trouble with changing the color of the actual content.

    As you can see, the FRONT PAGE block has a white background. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Thankyou

  • Hello @eredea,

    It shows that your website is hosted by HostGator. If you know how to edit your stylesheet, you can use the code below:

    .site-content .entry-header {
        background-color: none;
        color: #FFFFFF;
    {

    This forum is for users with websites hosted by WordPress.COM.

    You can find more help from this link. And this is the Support page for your theme – https://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentyfourteen

    See more information about the difference from this link.

    Regards,
    Rose
