Changing the color of my default text
-
Hi there. I have been trying to change the default text color of my articles to something other than black. My background (a colorful picture of an angel) obscures the text when I post my articles, so I want to change the text to a light blue. How do I type this into the CMS box? I am new to all this thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Joshua!
I think it is not possible to change color through CMS box, you need to use CSS editor to change the color which is the feature of premium upgrade.
(please someone correct me if I am wrong)

Joshua,
Fonts are edited through your Theme’s style sheet (typically style.css). Unfortunately, you can only customize this with a premium membership.
For further information regarding the modification of fonts, please refer to this article
Best of luck!

@joshuawagoner The site at joshuawagoner.wordpress.com is using the Rebalance theme. No colorful picture. Is that the site you need help with?
If by chance you are talking about a site using the standalone WP (org) software, you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page.
Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
