changing the color of the blog subheading so it's visible

  My blog subheading is so dark nobody can see it and I can’t find in the help files how to make it lighter. Help, please. Note this is the BLOG subheading, not the post headings.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change the color of the blog title and tagline in Appearance > Header.
