  Should we use a css code to change the color of the wordpress top black bar?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @fabbriguillaume2015, you are not allowed to edit or change the styling of the top admin bar on WordPress.com sites per the Terms of Service. There is more information in the Frequently Asked Questions in the Custom Design support page.
