Changing the colour drop down menu categories and sub categories
-
Hello,
I’m trying to figure out how to change the colour of my drop down category titles and their associated sub category headers. At the moment everything is white and I want to switch everything to dark blue.
My website is http://leightonliterature.com/ and my theme is A Simpler Time.
Regards,
Leighton Thomas.

Leighton, when you say drop down category titles, are you talking about the top level menu items such as My Photographs, or the items in the submenus? The following would change all of the menu items (top level and in submenus) to blue. You can edit the color code as desired.
.main-navigation a { color: #0000cc; } -
Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. I actually just meant the items in all the submenus.
Sorry for the confusion!

Thanks for the clarification. I’ve included both the non-hover (first rule) and the hover (second) in case you wish to change the color of both.
.main-navigation .sub-menu a { color: #0000cc; } .main-navigation .sub-menu a:hover { color: #00cc00; } -
Thank you so much, that’s perfect – exactly what I was looking for.
Have a great weekend!
Leighton
