Changing the colour of gallery posts captions

  Hi there,

  I was wondering if it is possible to change the colour of the captions in gallery posts. I just want to lighten them a bit.

  I’m using the photography theme.

  What would be the css to do this?

  I’m not seeing captions on any of your galleries. Can you point me to an example on your site?

  Hi,

  I have a page listed as paintings. In this I have some galleries listed by year, 2012,2011, etc. It’s these years numbers displayed under my images I want to lighten in colour.
  I hope I’m explaining it correctly and using the right terminology

  Ah, I thought that might be what you were talking about but wanted to make sure. Add the following CSS and edit the color code as desired.

  li.basic.g-thumb h5 {
      color: #888888;
  }
