Changing the colour of my blogs header/name

  How on earth can I change the colour of the header of my blog. That is the name of my blog. It currently shows up black and I have the Solipsus theme and you can barely see it.

  If your blog is
  http://littlefarminthecity.wordpress.com/
  then that particular theme does not allow changing the color of the header.
