Changing the colour of text

    I find that sometimes choosing a colour, highlighting text to be changed, clicking on color …doesn’t always work. Sometimes it does ditto doesn’t. Is there some order one should be doing it in?
    Secondly is there a problem with doing more than one selected piece of colour-text on the same page?
    I would have thought
    a) choose colour
    b) select text and click on colour.
    c) move down to the next piece of text, highlight and ditto…
    and so on but I go to view page and find at least half the time it remains unaltered.
    What am I doing wrong ? It is frustrating.

    All I’ve ever done is what you describe. I select text, change the color, move on to the next bit of text, change the color, rinse and repeat. I just tried this on one of my test blogs and it worked just fine.

    What browser and browser version are you using? Have you tried a different browser?

    Try logging out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

    OK, thanks, maybe it is just a glitch.
    I am using Firefox which seems to update every other day! It says 3.6.13 in Programs. Even Explorer is up-to-date (I think) very recent anyway.
    I will persist.
