Please see images – I followed the instructions given and when on the editor, it is showing as how I need, however, when I save and preview – it is still the same.

After checking your previous message, I understand you wanted to change the color of the text in your navigation bar to white, correct? Based on the screenshots you shared, it seems you’ve managed to update it to white successfully.
Now, just to clarify, are you trying to change the color of the submenu text to white as well? Or are you working on something different? If you’re trying to change the submenu text color, you can do that by selecting the Navigation block again, then go to the Styles menu. In the Color section, choose Submenu and Overlay Text to adjust the submenu colors. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

However, if your question is more about seeing some categories missing on the live site while everything looks correct in the editor, that might be a different issue. In that case, please try the steps in this guide to troubleshoot your browser. Sometimes it’s just a temporary browser issue, and clearing your cache can help:
