Changing the colour of the site title

How can I change the color of the site title appearing on the header image of the site, without changing its background color? For example, if my background is white, how can i change the text color of the site title to a color like brown?

Hello there, changing the color of the site title can be done via CSS Customization. However, this feature is only available for Premium or Business Plan upgrades.
