Changing the colours of toolbar headings

I would like to change the colour of my toolbar headings (Welcome, Who We Are, What We Do, etc) which are along the top righthand side of the screen.

The headings appear on all the pages currently in white – I would like the headings to be black, but when the black bar scrolls over the headings as you move down each page, the headings turn to white, and then back to black when there is no black bar. So white when the scrolling black bar is the background and then black when there is an image as the background. Is this possible?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s not possible with CSS alone I’m afraid, there’s know way to know when the menu bar is over something light or dark without using javascript which isn’t allowed here for security purposes. I can’t think of any workarounds that might have the same outcome, sorry!

No problem, thanks for letting me know.
