Changing the default for Latex size

  I know adding &s=1 after a latex code will increase the size of the latex 1 unit, compared to the default which is 0. But do I have to do it in every latex code I write or there’s a way I can do it globally, i.e. I can change the default from 0 to, say, 1? Thanks.
