  Hi
  i want to trying to change the discription of the website for grafitoon.com, i want to use the keywords used in meta discription tag
  please help me out

  It looks like you are using a WordPress.org self-hosted site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version that is supported here.

  With that being said, you can update your description/tagline in your Dashboard; select Settings -> General -> Tagline
