Changing the dns setting for a new site

  Hello,

  I am currently managing a school website as my Head teacher has left with medical issues. We are currently trying to mirgrate to new web designer and they have asked us to change the DNS settings. Could someone walk me through how to do it or support me in how i do this. I can’t see the upgrades tab when I am on the dashboard section of the website.

  I have tried to contact the gandi.net to change and have received no response. Any help would be much appreciated.

  This is the host WordPress.com. As your site isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com servers (it points to microsoftonline) you need to reach out to them or Gandi.
