Changing the Domain and Server Pakage

Hello, I’m looking to change the domain name that our site is associated with. I currently have the main domain redirecting to the preferred domain. I now want to drop the old domain server package and by a cheaper one with the preferred domain. Will I be able to keep all of my wordpress site design and have the new domain and server package ‘point to it’ or will I have to recreate my whole site on wordpress.
