Changing the domain name

    How can I change the domain name. When I set this up, I did it for a specific event (a train show)? I would like to change it to a more general domain (naming it after or club). It is set up as ‘modelrailroadshow’ I would like to change it to ‘NOPR’, the name of our club. Thus I would like to continue to use it for more than the one show.

    The address you mentioned isn’t availabe. But you’d be welcome to rename the site to something that is available. Here’s how:

    Also, I’d recommend redirecting the old address to the new one if you have existing SEO or other outside links to the old site. We have an upgrade for that which costs $13/year — and search engines at least will likely update their links before that year is up, since we automatically send a signal telling them the link has changed.
