Changing the domain name of my blog

  Hi there,

  I’m looking to change the domain name of my company blog. I’d like to change the “tirevan” portion of the tirevan.wordpress.com.

  I came across this help doc http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ but when I attempted to follow steps and got to the “My Blogs” section, I was not given the change address option when I hovered over the name. Only option provided was “Leave Blog”. Can anyone assist?

  Are you logged in under the same username account that registered the blog?

  Thanks for the quick response.

  No, I don’t believe so. The person who originally created the account has now left the company but I’m logged in as an admin. Do I have to be logged in as the original username or is there any way around it?
