Changing the fixed header on the contents page of free website.

  How do I change the fixed header image on the contents page? When I try to do this it just changes the home page header image so I’m stuck with a hideous image on content page. Very frustrating. Is it because it is free? Am I stuck with it? Otherwise I’ll go elsewhere.

  Hi,

  What’s a “contents page”? Do you mean the Contact page on your site? If so, then that’s probably not a header image. I believe it’s a default featured image that came with the theme when the site was created. See the Featured Images support page, and particularly its Removing a Featured Image and Setting a Featured Image sections.

  If you remove the featured image without setting another featured image on the page, then the site header will display instead.
