Changing the font and colours on sela theme

  I am currently building my site with the SELA wordpress theme.

  I would like to know how I can change the font of
  1. The subtitle under the header
  2. The words on the pages
  3. The menu bar at the top

  Also I managed to change the colours on the menu bar but is there a way to change the colour of the writing on the pages.

  Would really appreciate your help!
