Changing the font color in the sidebar

  Hi, I am using 2011, and my blog is mostly black and white, but the sidebar text (archives, meta, etc.) is blue. It doesn’t look good. How can I change the color. Also, I am new to blogging (one month), so I do not know HTML or CSS.
