  Is it possible to change the font on 2011? If so, how do I do it?

  You can change the font color and size in pages and posts one at a time free of charge by coding into the HTML editor . See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/font-size-color/ In order to change the font family and/or size and/or color throughout the whole theme you will need (1) CSS editing experience and (2) you must purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
