  You can try the following block of code, entered into the CSS tab of your site customizer here: https://wordpress.com/customize

  Here is the code to paste in:

  #banner-content h1 {font-size: 45px;}

  If you like you can tweak that font-size to find what works for you. Feel free to experiment, and be sure to save your changes when you are done.
