Changing the format of my pages

How do I remove the blog post related features such as comment and like etc. from my pages? Other than my designated blog page I am using my other pages as normal web pages giving information.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You may disable or enable comments on posts or Pages on a per post/Page basis or for the entire site: Enable and Disable Comments — Support — WordPress.com.

To turn on and off sharing and like features, see: Likes and Sharing.

There are no “normal” web pages in WordPress. There are Pages and posts. Sounds like you are creating a static site model using only Pages, and the above will help you turn off those features. Thanks.

Thank you for the advice. I don’t want to disable comments on the whole site as I will be having a blog page upon which I will be inviting comments. I do apologise for calling other web sites normal, I am still getting used to the terminology. I do now understand the difference between pages and posts. Thanks again.
