Changing the header image to a slideshow in CSS

Hello,
Is there a CSS code that allows me to create a slideshow for my header image on the home page of my site, for the theme Textbook.
Thank you,
Gillian! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That can’t be done with CSS, but since you have the business plan, there are a number of plugins that can do that. I can’t recommend any as I’ve not played with any of them, and also, sometimes they will work well with one theme, but not with another. Here is a link to a plugin search for image sliders.
I would suggest clicking through on a few and check out their support forum to see how responsive they are to questions and also to the nature of the questions.

Can the image sliders be used with the premium plan? If not, is there a theme under the premium plan that has this functionality?

Hi @inezshaw50, there are 99 themes here at WordPress.com (Free + Premium) that have post sliders. Click here to see that list and I’m sure you can find one that you will like.

I am sorry, I meant a header image as a slideshow for the premium plan. Is there someway I can make a change in CSS? I need a theme that allows me to use a specific background and the header as a slideshow.

@inezshaw50, that would require the addition of Javascript and the modification of the theme files, which you cannot do with the Premium plan. The WordPress.com Business plan upgrade now allows you to install third-party themes and plugins. It would require that upgrade in order to do what you are asking here at WordPress.com.

Can you provide me the text to change the border and background color of the gallery to transparent in CSS?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @inezshaw50, since that is a different topic than discussed here, can I ask you to create a new thread in the CSS Forum? Many thanks in advance.
