Hey there!
Can you please share the URL of your site?
It sounds like you might be looking for a way to update the site logo? If so, you can do this by following the steps here:

Hi there! It’s chicagoculturalalliance.org.
Following those instructions, in Site Identity I have the option to change the Site Icon, but not the Site Logo.
This is what appears under Site Identity:
SITE TITLE
Chicago Cultural Alliance
TAGLINE
Explore Chicago’s diverse cultural heritage
SITE ICON
Site Icons are what you see in browser tabs, bookmark bars, and within the WordPress mobile apps. Upload one here!Site Icons should be square and at least 512 × 512 pixels.

So, it looks like your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and hosted at another hosting provider.
For issues like this, it would be best to contact the theme developers as they would guide you to the exact steps on how to do this.
Additionally, you can look for help in the community forums at WordPress.org on this direct link here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password
Hope this helps! Cheers!
