Changing the look of my site

I have updated the “look” of my site (the name of this is escaping me) when I post for example on Facebook, the tagline and the main image (I have updated) but the updates still won’t show up 24 hours later. Like, when I type http://www.creativehomeeducation.com the old image and tagline still show up for the preview. What am I doing wrong? Also, why can’t I contact wordpress support for this more directly?

I’m afraid that your site, creativehomeeducation.com, is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
