changing the look of the email sent to the followers

  I find the mails sent to my followers quite “rough”… Is there any way to make them more friendly?

  You can change the emails sent to new followers for both your blog and comments, in Settings -> Reading, down the bottom. You can write whatever message you wish.

  If you mean the emails sent out when a new post is published for those followers who have it set that way, I don’t believe there is any option for that.
