Changing the menu font in Catch Box Theme

  I am trying to change the font on the menu bar and sub menu’s using the catch box theme. I have located the style.css sheet but cant seem to find the section that changes the font of the menu bar. I have only found the section that changes the text on the page. I also cannot locate the code that allows me to change only one section of a post.

  Basically I cannot change just one section of text such as just the header. I am only able to change the font on the whole page. I am using wordpress to make a website not a blog if that helps.
