changing the message after contact form submission

  Hi,
  I added some new fields in my contact form and then published it.After a message is sent it shows the label fields in different order.Like first name,e-mail,message,last name and then subject at the end.How can i reorder it according to my form order?How can I change the message”message sent” to something else?
