  Hi there,

  You can change your blog address as explained here:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/changing-site-address/

  therebbels.wordpress.com hasn’t been used before on WordPress.com, so you should be able to change to that address.

  If you just want to change the title appearing at the top of your site, you can do that at Settings ->General in the dashboard.
