Changing the name of a blog in my-blog/ on wordpress.com

On https://wordpress.com/my-blogs/ I have a blogged named YYY which I want to change to a different name ZZZ. How do I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Pay attention to step 7:
The final option presented on this screen allows you to discard your current address. This option will permanently disable the address and you will not be able to reuse it. Only select this option if you are sure you will not use the address again.

Thanks for the reply galois. I want to be able to keep using the URL emmeyers.wordpress.com which is why I am not using the delete option. What I am trying to do is have emmeyers.wordpress.com be associated with a different name on https://wordpress.com/my-blogs/. Is this possible?

Thanks again for your reply. What I looking to do is to change what is listed in under the ‘Blog Name’ column at YYY.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs. I would like to keep the URL the same. I didn’t not see anything about this in the link you sent.

Dashboard >> Home >> My Blogs >> Mouse over the blog you want to change association with and click on “Transfer” and transfer the blog to the other user – note you will be removed as the blog owner and the second user will need to invite you back in if you want to help with the blog

Opps – pay no attention to my post above
To change the name DISPLAYED on your My Blogs page – change the TITLE of the blog
Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Change Title & save changes
Then it might take a day or so for the change to be reflected in the My Blogs pages – that is due to Caching at WordPress.COM on their servers

Ok, I changed the title of my blog yesterday. I will keep waiting to see if the displayed name in the first column changes soon. Thanks!
