Changing the name of my Blog

I need to tweek the name of my Blog, but I don’t know how to do it, Any ideas anyone
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The Site title and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General
“save changes”

You may laugh, and I wouldn’t be offended if you did, but I can’t see anything saying ‘Settings’ at the top of the page. I need to change or alter the name because I have a book being published under my name, of course, so it needs to say something like ‘Countingducks aka Peter Wells.

It’s not at the top of the page. This is your Admin page http://countingducks.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Look in the far right hand side of that page for the column of links and icons and scroll down to the second to lats Settings icon. Hover over it. The fly-out menu will appear on the right. Select General by clicking. The site title is the first line on the page and the tagline is the second one. -

” far right hand side” ought to be “far left hand side”
The head injury in 2008 left me with dyslexia. I apologize.
