Changing the name of my blog

  Hi!
  Trying to change the name of my tattoo blog/site from http://www.tariqsabur.wordpress.com to http://www.fineartforbodies.wordpress.com.

  In doing so, I want to
  1) maintain the current site, with all of its traffic, stats, history, metrics, links, etc just change the name.

  2)Secondarily, I also would like to keep the tariqsabur.wordpress.com name to start a new different blog, different content and topic.

  Is this possible? or is it achieved via complicated redirects, etc, or is it not possible at all.
