If you’re referring to changing the title of the website from Ceteris Paribus to something new which it seems you are asking based on this previous post, you can do that by going to your Customizer, choosing the site you wish to alter (if applicable) and clicking on the Site Identity tab and update the Site Title input to what you prefer instead. Be sure to hit the Publish button to save your changes.
If you’re still wanting to completely remove your present blog, you can do that by following the steps on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Alternatively, if you are wanting to change the site address from maxieweavercom.wordpress.com to something new or to one you already own, you can do that by following the steps that fit your end result here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/
