Changing the name of the blog address

  I want to change my blog address. The one I want is available yet wordpress keeps saying it isn’t because I created the blog address I wanted, then deleted it, so I could change the current one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The multiple warnings that deleting a blog URL is permanent and irreversible provided throughout the deletion process say it all. You can’t recover a deleted blog URL. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
