changing the name of the wordpress.com URL

  Hello. I would like to change my current athsteph3000.wordpress.com URL into stephanhaderer.wordpress.com URL. I could not find the button, it is also not under “general settings.”
  Is this possible without upgrading?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Warning: we get all kinds of reports from people who subsequently want to change back and can’t, because the process deletes the blog, or they don’t delete the blog but can’t post to it any more. Since your blog is new, I suggest instead of following the Change Blog Address procedure, you just register the new blog from the Manage My Blogs page and import your content into it. Set the old blog as private. It’s handy to have a private blog for things like testing themes and widgets.
