changing the order of current postings

I need to move a posting to another location, ie, change the order of the postings. I wrote the Welcome Statement for my blog and then posted two additional blogs. I then edited the Welcome statement and posted another blog and the Welcome statement has inserted itself between the subsequent paragraphs. HOw can I move the welcome statement to be the very first paragraph without deleting everything and starting over.

Also note that you can make your Welcome post a sticky post that always appears above all the other posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
