Changing the owner name of a site and domain.

    I own a retail store. The ex- employee in charge of setting this site up (and the domain) put her name and email as the account holder info. I can log into one of the accounts(?), but I can’t change any info -I get a message telling me that this can be changed by (different user name). The employee tells me she can’t do anything. I really want to start blogging again!! She also used her own cc number to pay for a domain.??
