Changing the 'owner' of our website

    The owner of our website has moved on and we are trying to move it from her account to a new primary owner. So far, we can’t find any way to do this. It is now time critical, because the the auto-renew on our domain mapping and custom design has failed and I can’t find any way to pay!! Any ideas?
