Changing the people within my blog role status

  How can I change the role of an individual from viewer to contributor ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You can see your users on this page:
  https://wordpress.com/people/team/oyegbola.wordpress.com

  If you click on a name, that will take you to a page that will allow you to change that user’s role.

  Hi Sarah,

  Thank you for responding. After I click on either my followers, email followers, or viewers I am still not able to click on an individual and change them. Example , I use the mouse and hover over the name but I am not able to move on to the next step which is that after I click on their name, their page pops up so I can change their status.

  Hi there,

  It’s not possbile to change the role of followers and viewers, only of contributors.

  If you want to add one of your viewers as a contributor, you’ll need to send them a new invitation by clicking the Add button next to People. Note that they will need to click a confirmation link in an email to accept the invitation.
