changing the pictures when sharing

When I first started the blog when I posted a new post and shared that on facebook the picture or a choice of pictures I had inserted into the blog would come up for me to choose from to “advertise” the blog. However, now I only have the choice of my gravatar picture or the WordPress W. I would like to use whatever picture is in my post so my facebook page isn’t just full of my gravatar pic.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Unfortunately, there is no way to manually select the image when you add it to Facebook through Publicize. Facebook selects images that are at least 200 x 200 pixels in the following order:
Featured image
An image attached to the post and inserted
Any other image in the post (not attached but perhaps linked)

Actually, the pictures need to be at least 200×200, so you might need to make them bigger if they aren’t meeting those dimensions.
