changing the raquo position “new entries”

  hey all

  so a client of mine wants the position of the arrows or “raquo” to be on the other side of the “new entries” text
  it seems to be under navigation
  but i cant figure it out cause in the code in archive.php (?) its seems fine
  heres a code clip i think
