Changing the size of a primary visual.
-
I’m using the Lovecraft template for my new blog, https://tiwik20.wordpress.com/. I want the primary visual deeper (taller) to show more of the picture. How can I make this change? I tried to find an acceptable template that already has a deeper image space, but this is as close as I’ve come. Thanks in advance for the help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
To increase the height of the header image or “primary visual deeper (taller)”, you have to change max-height of header image by adding Custom CSS.
.header-image { max-height: 600px; }If you are having a free plan then upgrade it to WordPress.com Premium or WordPress.com Business plans then only can add Custom CSS feature.

Upgrading your plan so you can use custom CSS is definitely an option, but there’s at least one free template (Karuna) that allows for a deeper header picture without the need for custom CSS. I don’t know if Karuna meets your needs in other ways, but it’s at least an option for you if you don’t want to go the route of a premium account and really want that full picture there.
