Changing the size of my thumbnail image on the theme Fresh & Clean

  I am new to WordPress and I have the theme Fresh & Clean. Is there a way I can change the size of my featured thumbnail? I don’t like how small it is a I can’t seem to find whatever it is I need in the HTML code… Please help me if you can, I would greatly appreciate it!
