Changing the size of Preview Article Thumbnails?

    I recently changed my blog’s theme and this one has those thumbnails which take a picture from your article and use it as a preview picture on the home page.

    Whilst i like the feature I’d like to be able to change the thumbnail to a different one in some cases and resize it as a few are a bit off.
